The OWCC will fund four, $1,500 scholarships to graduating seniors - one at each local high school. Our application includes short essay questions about education and career goals, leadership and service history locally, and success in encouraging diversity. Home schooled and Christian School students may apply in their districts of residence for consideration.

Please follow the link below to the application portal. Applicants will need to create a user account and use the access code 'OWCC' to begin.

The online application must be completed by the student applying for the scholarship. Applications close December 8, 2024. Scholarship recipients will be announced, alongside our adult recipients, in February.

Funds awarded may be used for tuition and education related expenses. This non-renewable scholarship is $1,500, and will be paid directly to your institution, usually in August.
