Outstanding Women of Clinton County Scholarship Application 2021-2022
The Outstanding Women of Clinton County Committee, along with numerous scholarship supporters, is pleased to offer outstanding young women of Clinton County the opportunity to pursue their academic goals in college or in other post-secondary education. The scholarship is administered by the Outstanding Women of Clinton County Committee and the Clinton County Foundation.
Criteria for application:
* Graduating senior girl from Blanchester, East Clinton, Clinton Massie or Wilmington High School. Laurel Oaks students and home-schoolers from these county school districts are also eligible.
* Plans to attend a community college or technical school, four-year college or university.
* Has a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average or the 75 percentile on an ACT or SAT standardized test .
* Demonstrated academic and community service accomplishments.
Funds awarded through the scholarship fund may be used for tuition, room and board, books and other supplies. This non-renewable scholarship is $1500, and will be paid directly to your institution, usually in August.
The online application must be completed by the student applying for the scholarship by December 10, 2021. Scholarship recipients will be announced at the annual Outstanding Women of Clinton County Awards Ceremony April 9, 2022.
