The online application must be completed by the student applying for the scholarship by December 10, 2023. Scholarship recipients will be announced at the annual Outstanding Women of Clinton County Awards Ceremony March 2023.

Criteria for application:
Funds awarded through the scholarship fund may be used for tuition, room and board, books and other supplies. This non-renewable scholarship is $1500, and will be paid directly to your institution, usually in August.
- Graduating senior girl from Blanchester, East Clinton, Clinton-Massie or Wilmington High School. Laurel Oaks, Wilmington Christian Academy and home-schooled students from these county school districts are also eligible.
- Plans to attend a community college or technical school, four-year college or university.
- Has a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average or the 75 percentile on an ACT or SAT standardized test .
- Demonstrated academic and community service accomplishments.
